PRIVACY STATEMENT
Our Privacy Policy is in line with the government's Privacy Guidelines and Spam Act issued on the 17th September 2001, and fully effective as of 1st August 2007.
Important aspects of our policy are:
1. Personal details provided by you to LEAH LLOYD PHOTOGRAPHY through electronic repsonses from this site will not be forwarded, sold or made available in any way to any third party.
2. However, LEAH LLOYD PHOTOGRAPHY may communicate with you again with other information that is complimentary to your original request.
3. Each of these communications will have clear 'opt-out' instructions so you can choose not to receive further LEAH LLOYD PHOTOGRAPHY communication.
4. On the other hand, you may wish to receive other LEAH LLOYD PHOTOGRAPHY communication, you would always be asked before such information is forwarded.
How LEAH LLOYD PHOTOGRAPHY uses the information you provide:
LEAH LLOYD PHOTOGRAPHY may use information it collects from you for the primary purpose for which it is collected and for such other secondary purposes that are related to the primary purpose of collection.
LEAH LLOYD PHOTOGRAPHY generally uses personal information to:
1. provide you with products or services you have requested;
2. help LEAH LLOYD PHOTOGRAPHY manage and enhance its services to you;
3. communicate with you;
4. provide you with ongoing information about opportunities on the LEAH LLOYD PHOTOGRAPHY website in which LEAH LLOYD PHOTOGRAPHY believes you would be interested;
5. give you the opportunity from time to time to receive e-mails and 'e-newsletters' from LEAH LLOYD PHOTOGRAPHY.
CONTRACT
(1) The Deposit/Booking Fee is payment for the service provided on your wedding day, and the time put in to processing your photos afterwards. This fee is based on the service provided, and is not worked out on an hourly rate. If you choose not to have getting ready or reception photos, the cost for the day will remain the same. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your booking, though can be transferred to another date at the discretion of the photographer. Your booking date remains available to other clients until the signed contract and booking fee/deposit are returned to the photographer. Final payments required at least 2 months prior to your wedding day.
(2) Two photographers may depend on availability.
(3) The packages and prices are not negotiable and further discounts will not be applied unless previously specified. Packages and prices are subject to change without notice.
(4) Photos on CD are provided as per the current prices and packages and will not be provided at a discount rate unless stated otherwise.
(5) Photo and album prices may increase due to price increases from my suppliers, without notice. This will only be done as necessary, and the increase will be kept to a minimum. Your booking fee/package cannot be increased once paid in full.
(6) Your photographer will make suggestions before and during your wedding day to ensure you get the best possible photos. If however, clients wish to make up their own program, this will be accommodated as far as possible, but no responsibility will be taken by the photographer if problems occur. Therefore it is recommended that you discuss your ideas with the photographer prior to the wedding day, and if possible, prior to booking.
(7) It is highly recommended that you meet your photographer prior to your wedding date, to discuss your arrangements and expectations, and to develop a rapport, in order to allow your wedding day to run as smoothly as possible.
(8) There are to be no other photographers (including friends/family) at the location photos*.
(9) No orders will be printed until payment has been made in full.
*Location photos commence at the end of the ceremony and are completed after arriving at the reception.
BRIDAL EXPO COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
(1) Book and pay your Deposit in full by Friday 28th May 2010 and go in the draw to win the remainder of your ‘Essentials’ Package Free. Winners will be notified by email 31st May 2010.
(2) The Package is as outlined in the price list. Any upgrades or alterations will require the difference in amount to be paid prior to going to print. This includes upgrading to the ‘Deluxe Package’, or if you choose a different album cover to that named in the package, or if you need extra pages.
(3) There will be one winner from the Wagga Bridal Expo and one winner from the Albury/Wodonga Bridal Expo (valued at $1500 each).
(4) You must be able to prove your attendance at the bridal expo by signing the competition sheet at the ‘Leah Lloyd Photography’ display at each bridal expo to be eligible. You can enter for both expos if you attend both expos.
(5) The Deposit amount is $1000 and is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
(6) The prize excludes accommodation & travel expenses.
(7) You give permission for your photos to be used for promotional purposes.
(8) The competition is decided by chance and no correspondence will be entered into.
(9) By agreeing to the terms & conditions, you agree you have read the privacy policy (can be read at www.leahlloydphotography.com and provided at the expos).
